Thread: Favorite Dungeons of DL?

    Default Favorite Dungeons of DL?

Are there any un-mapped dungeons that would be interesting to see through out the years in Dragonlance? Including a map, encounters and history? I'd be looking for something that has not been seen before in any other pieces of work (i.e. The Atlas of the Dragonlance World). Anything that stands out, especially in the Age of Mortals, that needs to be seen fully?

    Thanks in advance!

    Gadar's Tower.
    Pre-Catclysm Xak-Tsaroth
    Qindaras
    The Lost Citadel
    The Sewers of Palanthas
    The Ruins
Maybe some of the High Ogre ruins of Ergoth

    Just to name a few

Im not a huge fan of dungeon crawls (one could say, accurately so, that I dislike them intensely), BUT two of Kendermages ideas also interest me, specifically Gadar's Tower (which is spoken of briefly in WotL I believe), and the Sewers of Palanthas.

The story of Gadar has always been one of my favorite DLance short stories, and city sewers have always been one of the more interesting adventure locations in any given setting, for me (perhaps because Im a fan of Lankhmar)

After reading the Kingpriest trilogy, I'd love to see Losarcum (sp?) as well, both pre-and post-destruction. I don't know who Gadar is, but I'd like to see at least an illustration of Galan Dracos' citadel.

I am a fan of the Dungeons of Palanthas. From what Tas said they were like nice apartments in most cities.

Tower of the High Clerist. No Question about it.

I agree, that would be a fun and much neated "dungeon" to do, but it's already been done. Not to mention it'd be a HUGE project....

The map is done. But the detail included addresses only a small part of the Tower.

No surprise at that paucity of detail - it is the largest Castle TSR ever mapped and remains the largest ever done by TSR/WotC to my knowledge.

I would really like to see Ulgaard which is mentioned in ToHS. Supposedly this is where Fistandantilus kept Andras for seven years or so in the Kingpriest Trilogy.

Bit ambitious to complete and probably never happen except for the sketchy stuff they did in Altas but...
