Vale shows the proper reverence for the fallen dwarven royalty and silently thanks him for his part in helping the party to defeat the one who had once slain him.

    Maxavel

Max bows her head and offers a prayer.

"Although we met after your death, we know you to be heroic, honorable, and wise. We thank you for leading us to new allies. We leave you at rest where you belong after your guidance led to victory one final time. May your soul finally be at peace. May the Gods welcome you at last."

She kneels at the obelisk, mouths something unintelligible and rises. Max turns to Arman. "Thank you for allowing us this favor. Now, let us help you. Lead on."

    Default Rough

The old ranger was never one for words, instead, he takes out a flask of his recently replenished Dwarf Spirits and pours out a drams worth onto the ground before the tomb before taking a drink himself. Until we meet again.

    Default Gerald

Gerald follows along behind the others and removes his helm and kneels on one knee in front of the obelisk. He softly mutters the knights prayer in halting Solamnic, the language still not familiar on this lips.
Finishing, Gerald stands and joins the party again.

In the Valley of the Thanes, Somewhere in the Kharolis Mountains; Early Afternoon of 23 (October), 351 AC

After Thorn places the Helm on the statue of Grallen, everyone suddenly 'hears' the voice of Grallen in their minds say Bless you all for my brow has been cold these many long winters. What you seek, the Hammer, can be found above. Cross the pond and stop before the arch and say "I mourn for Kharas" and then step thru the arch. With that, the voice fades away.....

After paying their respects, the party of adventurers looked over and say the pond that Grallen mentioned, with a line of stepping stones that led thru the middle of the pond to the opposite side. There a stone arch was built over a natural cut in a 6 foot tall and perhaps 3 or 4 times that wide rock; though the arch was broken into 4 parts in the center and those parts lay on the 'pass' between the rock sections.....

Shrugging his shoulders, but not knowing what else to do but proceed, Vale nimbly crosses the stepping stones and waits for the others to join him at the arch.

Thorn stops before passing through the arch and says "I mourn for Kharas" then passes through the arch.
