“Can. I. Correctly? Assume. You. Need. To transport? The. Frozen. Alderaanian? Off–station? Shayle? That. Is. Your cargo?” ACE interjected.

"I shall also add there is something of mine needing transport in the cargo bay," Switch quipped. "A box needing to make its way to Alderaan. I assume since our destinations are the same, a dual-mission of necessity could form."

“These two. Are they a threat?”
“No, Master. They are only padawans with no master to guide them,” Bran said eagerly.
“The female. I feel your…passion.
“Yes, Master. She loves me.”
“Then perhaps she can be turned,” said the other man seductively.
“Yes, Master. We both felt her anger. There is potential.”

“No one. Has. Actually. Hired. Anyone. To go. Anywhere,” ACE as he stared expectantly at the Bothan.

"Tut-tut, Master Ace. 500 credits deposited into an account provided upon successful delivery of my cargo," Switch tittered. "Even I can be magnanimous...."

"We. Were. Only. Told. His cargo. Needs. To be. Removed. From. Blue Bay. When. Did Alderaan? Enter. The picture?" ACE responded mischievously.

Clearly the other droid was not much for jokes. Few droids were programmed to do so anyway, ACE remembered.
"You said. If. We. Helped them. Retrieve. Their cargo. You. Would. Offer us. Our. First. Job. Smuggling. For you. If. You. No longer. Require. Immediate. Proof. Of our. Skills. Then. We will! Gladly. Do business. With you!"

Time wasting so Shayle jumped in to interject.
"ACE... it is ACE correct. My friends and I need transport to Alderaan as well as our "special" cargo. You will be compensated if it's a problem of credits. Perhaps we can negotiate a fair price for your services." Shayle said to ACE and Lykka. "If it's a fair price we'll pay half now and the other half upon arrival to Alderaan. Does that sound fair?" Shayle waited for the droid's servos to process this as well as the twi'lek. If it was a job they were arguing about Shayle just provided a solution.

"Well my dear friend, in the chronicles of history good isn't the only thing you read about. Evil has it's own tale as well. History is history, whether good or bad, I don't discriminate." Vexo said in a lecturers' tone.
ACE’s head swiveled on his thin neck back to the Bothan.
“Of course!” he shrieked happily. “We can discuss our fee privately later,” he declared in a warbled run-on sentence before he returned his attention to Switch. Lykka grinned. ACE only did that when he was talking about money. The droid consciously slowed himself down as he attempted to calmly address the criminal protocol droid. “Did. You wish. To also retain? Our services now? Five. Hundred credits. Is. An agreeable! Amount!”

Static crunched out of Switch's vocabulator speaker, showing clear irritation. A long moment passed, and the droid's eyes finally lit up again with a blink.
"Yes, 500 to transport cargo container 1137 to Alderaan. No questions asked, and the contents are no business of yours. Your business is your own with the others. Please rememember this is all contingent on securing the cargo. Does your ship have a slave circuit?"
