    Exclamation Raistlin Miniature!

    It was announced at the D&D Experience that the next D&D Miniatures set, The Night Below, will feature a Raistlin miniature!

    I was talking to MLM, and his thought was that fans would complain to hell and back if a black robed raistlin came with anything short of a power which says "activate this character and win the game", and i agree with that sentiment. A red robe raist, beyond just being a better, less angsty character than black, is also far easier to balance for the game.

    I keep forgetting there's a separate game for the minis--I only use them as visual aids for D&D proper, as it were. When people ask if it comes in black, I think, just buy two, paint one black . . . don't know how or if that would affect that other game, though.

    Chainmail was an old War RPG sorta minitaure based game. The current miniatures are under the DDM or Dungeon & Dragon Miniature. Which provide cards which have rules for playing the miniature using DDM rules, a streamline D&D rules for miniature play or actual D&D stats.

    chainmail doesn't exsist anymore. it's just caled D&D Minitures. they came out with conversion rules for it though.
