OC: any PRE-WOS settings?

I've never really participated in a RP thread before, so I'm new at this. I've seen the thread advertising for players, but the poster made it abundantly clear that no players were to post there, so I'm starting this thread.

I'd like to join, but I have not read enough WOS and post-WOS novels to enjoy such a setting. I'd prefer a pre- or post- War of the Lance setting, but there doesn't seem to be any (except the Thorbardin one, but it doesn't seem as though they are looking for more characters). Is anyone interested in starting one and looking for players? Or are there some suitable threads I may have missed? Feel free to PM me or post other "I want to join" comments in this thread.

It isn't my intention to clog the forum, I just don't see any other threads that answer my question.

I have one, it is Tides have Turned, but it is a sea elf one, which puts most people off you are welcome.
