premise: The Kenderwatch resistance is growing, and their main concern, the brooding Darklings, mysterious new Kender that are beginning to attract attention. Very unwanted attention, that will garner a bout of Kendocide, if nothing is done to prevent the secret getting out!
Will Kender spurn yet, :eek: a Cataclysm, unlike the which none has ever seen, or...

note: *These feats are automatic, mdfr selections are for having good scores as incentives, and is only applied once (-minus- penalty decreases and spells, as each corresponding skill/spell may be selected once), so once you obtain all feats from the orientations you must level up for feats ;p :p q;

Kenderwatch

Kenderwatch
is an organization that dedicates itself primarily to Kender society. Made up of the most youthful, enthusiastic, sunny dispositioned Kender, even for them...

Ran by the Kender Council. For they really do not, except under duress, answer to anyone else of lower Kender standing.
A strictly racial secret society. Kender-ific!
Kenderwatch has a team of Kenderwatchers that focus on helping with an open ear and eye, hence the symbol of a dizzy eye with a Kender ear, profiled.
Kenderwatchers all have an excellent memory, coupled w/ witty humour.

*note: extremely few non-Kender members accepted into Kenderwatch, as a non-Kender must absolutely love all Kender, w/ almost as much enthusiasm as the Kender love the applicant. (they do realize non-Kender lack all-around goodwill and optimism)

The Kenderwatch shall continue to exist as long as their are Kender who love life and enjoy every minute of it!

Darklings

Darklings
are an offshoot, so to speak. The closest thing you shall ever find, resembling, a Drow.
Darklings represent antagonizing pessimism.
Kender-no fear, optimistic and sociably amiable
Afflicted Kender-frightened, more susceptible to the transformation...
Darkling-anti-social, going out of their way to ruin someone, intentionally, nothing to misunderstand except their practices...
devotion to dark grace and passion

Wait 'till you find out how a Kender turns into a Darkling!~
There are three known ways be a Darkling. Decide to become one, be changed by one, or lastly, be born by one...

In a Mindflayer sort of way, Kender are doing what they can to keep as much of this from getting out as they can, (shush)!

Amile Huntswain~Huntress of the Hylo

Amile Huntswain, a 5th level character, who is contracted with the Kender Council as a hired guide/bodyguard.

Her love of Kenders had earned her an application w/ Kenderwatch, which she has declined. Instead, she petitioned the Council, and her beloved friends insist she have some longterm contract. Her only payment being her mother's pendant which had been "borrowed" be returned to her so she might bury her mother, respectfully. And, with the Council's help, a thought to be lost item was indeed "found." With the burial of the pendant along with her mother's body, Amile's mother was able to pass on. No longer at unrest.
After her mother's spirit found rest, she dedicated the rest of her life to the Kenders. Currently, she is on a mission to shadow an afflicted Kender, thought to be connected with the Darklings.
