FYI, I wanted to let everyone know that I've made Talinthas a moderator for the novels and trading post forums.

Glass Sailor? where is that from?

Taladas. they are the only acknowledged worshippers of the High God, and they live in a desert made of glass sands. They get around on giant sail glider pontoon things that coast over the sands and protect them from glass shards. They are completely covered from head to toe in protective suits, and don't like outsiders.

Talinthas is our local Taladas expert, and I wanted to acknowledge that fact. If you ever have a Taladas question, he's the man to go to.

Tal isn't the only one well versed in Taladas. I know a fair bit, as does iltharanos from what I've seen. So don't forget there are a 'pool' of resources to draw from, not just one individual.

The Glass Sailors live in the vast desert known as the Shining Land.

The Shining Lands are in the central northern region of Taladas. They are effectively directly north of the Hitehkel (The Burning Sea & centre of Taladas).

I'm glad to be part of the team, folks, and grateful to be able to work with people i really respect in fandom.

And really, we all have the same source materials to work with, and the same knowledge base to draw from, so i don't consider myself sage of anything. I just happen to like taladas alot, and i know many other folks do too.
