Pre-Cataclysm but barely

A group of companions get to together to defeat a dragon. There are no restrictrions as to race, and the plot's up to you guys. I'll help guide it though, and the last kingpriest is in power.

Name: Reÿze
Age: Not sure of his age, but in terms of maturity, he's soon to take the Test
Race: Half-Dragon (Blue)
Description: A promising mage, anxiously awaiting his test. He is currently Neutrally-aligned. He resembles a human in most respects. He, however, has blue hair and deep blue eyes. He tends to cloak himself.
Bio: Reÿze was born of a female mercenary and a male Blue Dragon (who obviously was polymorphed). His father left him alone, and his mother rarely had time for him with her constant missions. He was left in the care of a Red Robe, and stayed there dilligently until the day his mother died. He then left and began to wander, picking up different spells along the way. Reÿze never really fit in, being a halfblood, and never stayed in one residence for very long.
Equipment: Staff, spell components, provisions. (He fights with his staff or claws and teeth.)

((I realize that there technically aren't any half-dragons on Krynn, but dragons have fallen in love with other species before, and they have the ability to polymorph.))

Bio: Tall and muscular (for a half-elf anyway), short brown hair, blue eyes. Father was a Silvenesti elf who fell for a human woman, and was asked to leave the city because of this "transgretion". when traveling to try to find out something about her heritage, Caladin caught news of the impending battle, and decided to join the fight.

"Excellent," Reÿze remarked. He tightened his right hand around his staff while flexing his left, his knuckles cracking loudly.

"Well sorry for being bored." He scoffed slightly. "Now, we wait." He sat down, leaning his head back.

"I have wandered for so long, I cannot recall. The earliest thing I remember is waking up in a desert."

"I'm from somewhere and nowhere," said Klantor. "I have been a wanderer since......" he stopped. "Since....."

"What bickering?" Reÿze looked at him with mock hurt. "I implied nothing."

"Sure," said Klantor with a smug smile. "True men do something, and obviously you aren't."

"Whazzat?" Klantor shouted, waving his hand. "No, don' wanna go. Pretty waitress come I'm your man."

Reÿze sighed. "Oh, now you're ready to settle down, merc? Forget it, it isn't even worth keeping up." He walked out the door, sighing again. "Why must I deal with these drunken idiots?"

"Because," Klantor said, suddenly calm. "We can kill you, and can choose too. But not now," he added. "Did you think I was drunk over there? No..." he stood up, advancing slowly. "I never go down that easily."

Reÿze and the messenger spoke for a while, and it became obvious that Reÿze became increasingly angry the farther the conversation got. E ventually the messenger thought it better not to anger him further, and quickly and politely departed. Reÿze returned to the group. "We've been hired," his azure eyes darkened, "to slay a dragon."

"Oh yeah a dragon do they tell us what type? Cause I really hate blues I hope its one of those."

Reÿze's eyes gleamed, his claws moving near to the minotaur's throat. "Mind your tongue, bovine."

He snorted. "Move that close to me again and I'll split your head, lizard. Although I don't know if I want to stain my axe with your blood."

"It just so happens that my father was a respected blue. It's rather a touchy subject for me, sir." as he said the word 'sir', his voice dripped with mocking.

"I don't care who your pops was but you disrespect me again i'll tear off your slimy lizard like head."

"I wasn't aware you found my head lizardlike, I've been told I look human, apart from my hair, fangs, and claws. Nevertheless, I'll be sure to keep that in mind, sir. Shall we get going, then?"

He turned to Klantor. "Now, is it really polite to refer to me as a thing? Have I done something to offend you, sir? If you must know, I'm a Half-Dragon. My father was a respected Blue, and my mother was a famous mercenary, thank you very much. Now can we get off the subject of my heritage and on with our mission?"

"Ok where does the note say we gotta go?"

"It simply says that further instructions are waiting for us at the Shifting Sands Inn. I was a regular patron there in earlier years, whoever hired us must know me."

"We head east. I have a few people to settle scores with there."

"Yay friends."

"Yes, great ones. They tried to get me thrown out, thought I was going to bring chromatic dragons in on the town. They're crazed drunkards, babbling about the return of the dragons. That got them thrown out. I think one of them might have guessed my other half right, he believes in every legend he's ever read. Of course, nobody else believed our kind exists, even after that 'incident'."

"The one I just explained. They thought I'd bring dragons on them, which startled the patrons. Nobody believed them, but I still get funny looks in that town by those who wonder."

"I'm going wherever you're going," said Klantor. "Got no place to go."

"Sure let's go then," said Klantor. As he was about to go all of a sudden some creatures jumped out at them.

"YAY finally a fight whoo!" swinging his axe in a broad arch

Klantor lopped off the head of another one of the outsiders. "Hah, down you go, freaks!" he yelled as he hacked at another. It was after a little while that he looked upon the face of one of his victims, that he noticed that these outsiders were people who were in the inn earlier.

A blue-nailed claw skewered through one of the draconians, then retracted itself. "Sorry I'm late, did I miss anything important. When it slumped to the ground, he got a better look at it. "What... What is this abomination? Twisted mockeries of my kin!"

The minotaur catching himself with the axe he snorted in rage if Klantor hit him agian the minotaur would behead him he thought of all this while he hit a draco with the butt of his axe

Reÿze snarled, knocking a draconian to the ground with his staff. He pressed it to the draconian's neck. "What are you, why are you here? Answer me before I crush your throat."

Reÿze knocked the draconian in the side of the face with his staff, knocking it out cold. "I'll interrogate that one later." He lunged at another. His eyes opened wide as he dug his claws into it. This bloodlust he felt was beginning to scare him. All the hard work and discipline he'd put into escaping from his evil heritage...

The drachine's mouth opened slightly. The minotaur was feeling the bloodlust as well. He could hear the blood rush, hear the minotaur's breath quicken. It wouldn't be long before he'd lose the ability to differentiate between friend and foe. His scales glistened in the moonlight, shining protection from this soon-to-be crazed minotaur.

The blow glanced off the half-dragon's scales, and he soon found his hands around the other's wrists, squeezing them hard enough for him to drop his weapon. "Don't try that again."

"You must calm yourself"the minotaur stated to himself"you now what happens if u lose control?" the minotaur figured the faster he got through his enemies the faster he could calm himself a mistake his vision clouded with a dense red fog he beagn to lash out at the slightest motion no longer distingushing between friend or foe.

Reÿze could tell. The minotaur had reached the breaking point. Giving warning to Klantor, he spread his wings and took flight. "Calm yourself! They are no match, you needn't reach the haze!"

The minotaur finally stopped after there was nothin left of his spell components and nothing but hacked up corpses"I beg you forgiveness Great Sargas as well as he 2 of you i see i did not harm you and i am glad by this please except my most humble apologize?"

"Your confidence in me astounds, but in all honesty I'll probably outlive the both of you by that many lifetimes or more. Assuming I die a natural death, of course. ...Oh great, ogres. More blood on my hands." The half-dragon readied himself nonetheless, withdrawing some spell components. He'd make it quick this time.

"Not a problem." Spell materials in hand, Reÿze began to concentrate. A fireball should give the minotaur enough time to recover, the ogres would be too busy figuring out why they'd been charred.

After a while, the fireball was let loose. About three of the ogres stopped, stupified, and the other 300 or so kept coming. "I might need a few more fireballs. Anyone got a bat?"
