An odd resistance

OOC: ok here we go i am gonna try and make my first rpg theard or ny for that matter.Wotl is the time period.

IC:In a small village outside of solace the little army was gathering. The army was mostly made of gulley dwarfs and kender just like the village. The army was being made to defend there small town because they heard many stories of mean lizard men attacking from all the kender. Carm was at his house if you could call it a house more of a gulley box. ''Me gonna hammer some mean lizards.'' He said as he grabed his little hammer. '' I go join are mighty army as he walked out of his box he bumped into a kender makeing which both fall on the ground.

OOC: Ok guys come join you can be the kender i bumped into or there leader is gonna be a ex knight of the sword you can be him or any random kerder or gulley along with the occasional mercanry of any race.

A gully dwarf ran out of the box next to Carm's. The gully dwarf's name was Corn. Corn liked Corn. On the walls of his house (box) were corncobs. He slept in a bed of corn husks. He weilded a small hammer like Carm's. He stopped when he saw the kender and Carm on the ground. "Are you okay?"

A female gully dwarf named Dop scuttles out of her box, dragging an ax that's too big for her to wield.

"You no fight!" she snaps. "We go hit mean lizards!"

OOC: I'll be the kender again just like in the other forums!!

BIC: "Opps, I'm sooooooo sorry. Are you OK?" Raeray asked with politeness.

"Dat good. Get up Carm! Us go kill lizards." Corn started to run toward where the ex-knight was going to conscript a resistance.

Dop trots after them, but is slowed down by the weight of her ax.

"You go! Dop come late! Dop help!" she shouts, but the other gully dwarves barely noticed she was falling behind anyway.

IC:Carm looks at the kender Poking his thumb in his chest saying "Me carm great warrior him great warrior he pointed to corn to.Who are you?" Then Carm sees Dop ''us no fight this me friend''. he said ''Are you guys gonna join great army".

BIC: Corn turned around when he saw Carm was not following him. He just noticed Dop. "Hey we go join big army and fight. C'mon let's go join." He motioned for everyone to follow him to where the knight was enlisting.

"Me...Fight..." Dop gasps for breath.

Abandoning her ax, she picks up a heavy stick.

"This better. No make Dop tired!"

"I'm Raeray Dolphinlover," Raeray sticks out her small hand and with the other moves her short bow and quiver back to their origonial position. :)

Dop shakes Raeray's hand. "Me Dop. Me fight with big stick. Me good warrior!"

Raeray glanced at the stick and got an idea.
"Here hand me that stick," she said grabbing it more that having it handed to her. Raeray took out her back up end to her hoopack that she had left back at home and such it on to the stick. It fit perfectly. She then handed it back to Dop.

OOC:I am gonna play the knight
Gail featherborn sat firm in his saddle he had quite the knights long ago because of corruption but now he felt good being back in charge.Gail took a large wiff of the moring mist of dew on the ground as he rode around observing the mercnary group.There leader Tasalas half elevn being there leader.There was prpole fifty fighters in the group.Then he rode to the training area of the gulleys and kender there were proble 30 kender 30 gulleys enrolled some from near by towns most from here. Then he caught sight of 2 gnomes working on something hopelfulley a war device he thought if it works.Gail trotted in and out of the lines of training stoping some to show the correct way. Gail turned to the men that where his builders a good twenty of them. Here sharpen these points of these logs and dig a pit around town lay them facing in out in out the wall will be trouble for them this is only the first step. Gail order that every thing in the town that coeld be used taken to camp. He had removed all of the cobble stone streets from every where they could get them and where building two small just a little over the wall towers to watch and horras enemys with arrows.

Dop hops up and down excitedly.

"This be good!" she squeals. "Me like Raeray!"

Raeray blushed and smiled at Dop. Then she caught a glimpse of a knight on his horse. Wantng to find out where she was supposed to go she walked up to the knight.

Dop, who has decided that she and Raeray are now best friends, staggers along behind, carrying her newly improved stick.

Gail looked down at the kender ''Hi there little one if you want to enlist thats right there he pointed to to crates pushed together to form a table and stools with a man stiing on it with papers.''

"Thanks", Raeray said quickly and politely. Then she walked up to the crates.
"Hello, please sign your name here and if you don't know how to write make an x." The man said.
Raeray took up the feather and wrote her name down.

Dop takes the feather and stands on her tiptoes. She doesn't know how to write her name or make an X, so she draws a little picture of her new weapon.

"That's a nice picture," Raeray said smiling,"Lets go practice with your improved weapon."

An elf stood in the line for enlistment, he looked around at all the kender and gully dwarves. He felt out of place, for he was 3 feet taller then almost everyone here. He got to the makeshift desk and wrote his name, then walked over to a rock and leaned on it.

Raeray was practicing with Dop when she caught a glimpse of an elf sitting on a rock all alone. Excited at meeting someone new and not wanting the elf to be lonely she ran over to introduce herself.

"Ooh! Me like elf's cloak!" Dop latches onto the hem of the elf's cloak and examines it with extreme interest.

Raeray smiles at the elf and sticks out her small hand."Hi, I'm Raeray Dolphinlover."she said introducing herself.

the shadowy figure stood overlooking the little town whos name wouldnt matter soon it would be trampled into the ground. the blood of its defenders would become as a river and they will now why they fear the dark and why they are afraid of the things that lurk in the night.

a squadron od draconians and humans awaited out of the towns view. the hundred or so warriors was alll that was needed to conquer such a place what was he thinking he could take the town by himself. The real reason for his presence was to catch elves and humans fleeing from the main dragon wing solace would be burning before night fall and the elven kingdom wouldnt be far behind so if any fleeing soldiers hoped to regroup he would catch them in his trap.

but first he must destroy this town......

Raeray could feel that the time to defend the town was near. Just enough time to get to know the elf."Dop, come over here." she said hoping to et the gully dwarf to let go of the elf's cloak.

Krynin looked at the gully dwarf and extended his hand, "nice to meet you two."

(Hey guys, hope you don't mind me joining, i'm a Kender)

Sunoskae walks up to a Gulley Dwarf, "Ello there, how are you?"

Raeray got real excited and introduced herself quickly.
"Hi, my name's Raeray Dolphinlover." Raeray said quickly extending her hand that quickly ended up in one of his pouches.

Sunoskae notices the hand in his pocket. and grabs onto the wrist of the hand. he puts his hand in that hand and begins shaking it while extending his hand and putting it in the pocket of raeray.

Raeray slapped the hand. And insert's her own into the elf's pouch, while still shaking Sunoskae's hand.

Sunoskae stops shaking raeray's hand and takes 2 steps back so she it out of reach of his pockets

Raeray finally took her hand out of the elf's pouch and inserted an intresting object into her own pouch.

Krynin felt a tug on his cloak, but thought it was the gully dwarf hanging on his back. Looking around at all the short people, Krynin was confused. He stepped onto the rock so he was alost out of their reach.

Raeray suddenly bored yawned and fell down on her tail bone. "Ouch, note to self never do that again, this is the 5th time this week!!" she said mostly to herself.
